Viewing binary files as text in ST3? : SublimeText sublimetext2
Open files in hex format same as Sublime Text 2
Is there a plugin for eclipse that will show me hex numbers when I open binary files the same way Sublime Text 2 does.
EHEP, but it displays them in a weird table, but what I’m looking at a way to display them as sublime Text 2.

Add the following to the preferences file:
- Is this added to Eclipse’s preferences file or to Sublime’s prefs file?

- Could you please add a screenshot showing what appears when you open a binary file after having enabled this setting? Thanks!

Viewing binary files as text in ST3?
Is there a way to do this? I KNOW this file can be viewed as text (Atom gives me text representation on similar files, but is crashing when trying to show this one) but ST3 is only giving me the hexadecimal representation of the binary data. Is there a way to force it to show me the text like Atom can or am I SOL?
Edit: The text is human-readable, so I'll be able to edit it, I just need to be able to SEE it in order to edit it and ST3 isn't giving me that option.
Edit 2: This is what I mean. This is the same file, open once in Atom and again in ST3 (NOT the file I'm trying to modify, just an example I'm sharing): https://gyazo.com/f325d7acf1d09642ea1c9dab6bec7422
Edit 3: Found the setting to turn off the hex thing, it's in Preferences>Settings, then
